How do I login to the portal?

You would've received your login details via email. Input your username and password on the portal homepage. This will then take you to your sites and you will be able to place orders.

How do I reset my login details?

If you have forgotten or lost your login details for the portal, please email atlas@hayeshygiene.com for help.

How do I order a product not assigned to my site?

If you are placing an order and you notice a product is not assigned, please send an email to atlas@hayeshygiene.com for help. Please make sure you provide as much product information as possible and our team will be able to resolve quickly for you.

How do I order for sites that are not appearing on my homepage?

If you are trying to order for a site that is not appearing when you login, please email atlas@hayeshygiene.com. Please make sure you provide as much site information as possible and our team will be able to resolve quickly for you.

Why are there products in the basket that cannot be removed?

If you have this problem when you are placing an order you will need to delete your cookie & cache data from your internet browser. To do this, you will need to go into the setting section in your internet browser. You can normally find this in the top right hand corner. The settings section should have a search bar and if you type cookie it will bring up the option to delete the cookie data. Once deleted, there should not be any unwanted products in the basket and you will be able to place your order.

When will my order be delivered?

Please use the portal to track your order status and your emails too. We will update the status of your order once it has been processed. Once the order has been dispatched, we will update the portal and you will receive an email with the delivery date. If you need an order to be delivered urgently or more information on an order, please email atlas@hayeshygiene.com for help. Please make sure you provide as much order information as possible and our team will be able to resolve quickly for you.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

If you need to make changes to an order, please email atlas@hayeshygiene.com for help. Please make sure you provide as much order information as possible and our team will be able to resolve quickly for you. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel a special item order once it has been placed, so please make sure these are always correct before ordering.

How do I add a new site to my order list?

We will need a new site form completed for all new sites that need to be added to the portal. This form can be found under the Information tab on the portal. Once completed, please send to atlas@hayeshygiene.com and the team will be able to get it added to the portal. Please make sure you provide as much site information as possible and our team will be able to resolve quickly for you.

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, please email atlas@hayeshygiene.com for help. Please make sure you provide as much order information as possible and our team will be able to resolve quickly for you.

How do I remove sites from my ordering list?

If you are assigned to sites that you no longer look after or need to order for, please email atlas@hayeshygiene.com for help. Please make sure you provide as much site information as possible and our team will be able to resolve quickly for you.

Am I able to reschedule my delivery?

If you have received notification that your order has been dispatched but the delivery date is not suitable, please email atlas@hayeshygiene.com for help. Please make sure you provide as much order information as possible and our team will be able to resolve quickly for you.

How do I place my order that is over budget?

If you are placing an order that is over budget, please follow the steps when you checkout and this will send an automatic email to your Regional Manager for approval. Once the order has been approved, we will receive the order and it will be processed. If you notice an order has pending approval for quite a while, please contact your Regional Manager for help.

How do I clear my cookie & cache data?

Can I add delivery instructions to an order?

When you are placing your order, you will be able to add any delivery instructions when you are at the checkout. How do I get a copy of my POD?

How do I change a product category when I am placing my order?
